1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
CTEK Sweden AB and its global subsidiaries ("CTEK") are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments. We continuously strive to improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards across our website, webshops, and digital application interfaces.
2. Standards & Compliance Framework
To ensure our digital channels are accessible, CTEK aims to align its web platforms and mobile applications with the following standards:

Our website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and EN 301 549 standards. "Partially compliant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the strictest accessibility standards, but active measures are underway to remediate identified gaps.
