Datanova powers up with more CTEK chargers – driving electrification forward

30 September 2025

In Angered, just north of Gothenburg, Datanova continues to lead by example in the transition to electric mobility. With a strong focus on smart technology, electrification and automation, the company has now expanded its EV charging infrastructure with additional CHARGESTORM® CONNECTED units from CTEK, bringing the total number of charging points at the site to ten.

The chargers, a mix of wall- and pole-mounted installations, are used daily for employee vehicles, customer cars and Datanova’s fully electric delivery van. The project was delivered by Takorama Elteknik, part of the Soltech Group, ensuring a high-quality deployment.

At the centre of Datanova’s innovation journey is Hamid Raziullah, a highly driven entrepreneur with over three decades of experience in the IT industry. With a deep background in artificial intelligence, robotics and computing, Hamid is passionate about shaping the future through bold ideas and practical solutions.

He is also an active contributor to Tesla Owners Sweden, a long-time EV driver, and founder of Hamphi, a company specialising in accessories for electric vehicles. In addition to his work in technology, Hamid has a strong interest in real estate development, applying the same strategic mindset across sectors.

“Naturally, it had to be electric”, says Hamid.

“We’ve worked with CTEK for many years and know that their quality is second to none. The brand stands for reliability, technical precision and long-term value – exactly the values we stand for as a company. When we needed more charging points, the choice was obvious.”

For Datanova, electrification isn’t just a sustainability goal, it’s a business principle. Every system, machine and vehicle is selected with performance, innovation and environmental impact in mind.

“For us, electric transport isn’t just good for the environment – it’s good business. It’s efficient, predictable and reflects who we are. Whether it’s an employee’s car, a customer’s vehicle or a delivery run, we trust our CTEK charging system to perform, day after day.”

The installation:

Location: Angered (north of Gothenburg), Sweden
Installer: Takorama Elteknik (part of Soltech)
Solution: CHARGESTORM® CONNECTED wall- and pole-mounted charge points
Total charge points after expansion: 10

Datanova:

Beyond electrification of vehicles, Datanova is also embracing the future of robotics. From robotic lawn mowers and snow blowers to innovative companion and service robots – the company explores and integrates smart robotic solutions across different areas. This forward-looking approach underlines Datanova’s belief that automation and robotics will play a key role in shaping sustainable and efficient societies.

As Datanova continues to grow, the company remains a clear example of how entrepreneurial spirit, technical excellence and smart infrastructure can combine to build a better, cleaner future.

Road trip ready: how to avoid a flat battery ruining your summer escape

There’s nothing quite like heading off in a motorhome during summer. Longer days, spontaneous stopovers, coastal roads, mountain campsites and evenings spent outdoors – it’s what motorhome life is all about. But summer adventures also place extra demand on your vehicle’s battery system. Fridges run constantly, lighting stays on later into the evening, phones and devices are always charging and many motorhomes sit unused between trips.
