CTEK Celebrates Charge Your Car Day at The Motorist Coffee & Cars Event in Leeds

7 October 2025

CTEK, the leading global brand in vehicle charging solutions, marked Charge Your Car Day in style this year, joining motoring enthusiasts at The Motorist Coffee & Cars event in Leeds.

The lively gathering brought together classic, performance, and electric vehicle owners for a day of coffee, conversation, and car culture, the perfect backdrop for celebrating CTEK’s mission to keep every vehicle battery charged, maintained, and ready to go.

CTEK showcased its latest range of smart battery chargers, highlighting how regular charging and maintenance can extend battery life, and to remind us all to take care of our batteries, so our cars are always ready when we need them, both key messages behind the global Charge Your Car Day campaign.

Visitors enjoyed hands on demonstrations, expert advice from the CTEK team, and a chance to learn more about the importance of charging.  The event also offered the opportunity for enthusiasts to see first-hand how CTEK’s technology supports vehicles of every kind — from treasured classics to cutting-edge EVs.

“Charge Your Car Day is about raising awareness of the importance of battery care, and The Motorist’s Coffee & Cars event provided the perfect venue to connect with drivers who share our passion for keeping their cars in peak condition,” said Mark Poole, UK Sales Manager at CTEK.

The day ended on a high note, full of charged batteries, warm coffee, and even warmer conversations.

Road trip ready: how to avoid a flat battery ruining your summer escape

Longer days, spontaneous stopovers, coastal roads, mountain campsites and evenings spent outdoors – it’s what motorhome life is all about. But summer adventures also place extra demand on your vehicle’s battery system. Fridges run constantly, lighting stays on later into the evening, phones and devices are always charging and many motorhomes sit unused between trips.
