Over 3,000 homes, modern workplaces, and retail spaces will form a lively environment where art, greenery, and innovative design converge. 

As part of this redevelopment, the parking facility Svanen has been designed not just as a utilitarian space but as a visually engaging, safe, and eco-friendly addition to the community. Architect Kai Wartiainen, renowned for his work in sustainable design, has crafted a structure that combines transparency, advanced lighting, and materials like Thermowood and recycled channel plastic, ensuring a balance between functionality and environmental impact.

Parking garage Svanen is more than a parking structure; it’s a model of architectural and technological excellence. Its design incorporates elements that emphasize user safety, comfort, and sustainability. Features like open façades for improved visibility, LED lighting, and soundscapes contribute to an environment where visitors feel secure. The building’s ecological footprint is minimized through innovative materials and energy-efficient systems.
