Lots of fun and some great shots were enjoyed at the 2026 Beyond Skiing Golf day as 22 teams enjoyed entertainment and a round of golf at the Dalsjö Golf Club.

CTEK sponsored the third hole at the 11th annual golf day, organised by the Beyond Skiing network which was founded in 2009 and supports the region's hosting of the 2027 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships where CTEK is the Official Technical Partner.

The 22 teams of four-ball teams all enjoyed CTEK's hospitality at the third hole, including phone charging from our battery boosters. There was also a CTEK prize for the longest drive at the third.

At other holes there were 'closest to the pin' prizes from fellow sponsors Bilkompaniet Falun, Rolf Ericson Bil and Swedbank. Novice players could try their hand at the driving range and there were 'try golf' sessions available with the Dalsjö club pro.

At one hole competitors could get closer to the flag by donating to the international charity Operation Smile, which funds medical volunteers from Sweden and other countries to provide reconstructive surgery for children born with cleft lip and palate.

CTEK's partnership with Falun 2027 has seen a temporary EV charging installation, deployed by Kalema E-Mobility and CTEK, successfully demonstrated at the 2026 Cross County World Cup test event in Sweden. Next year the pop-up charging will be scaled up significantly for the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships.
