Statement regarding support for CTEK CS ONE and Battery Sense apps on Android 13 OS 

Unfortunately, due to a change made by Google in the Android 13 Bluetooth Stack, many BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) dependant devices (including CTEK) are now unable to pair with some manufacturer’s phones.

Please however, contact us at support@ctek.com where we will help try to troubleshoot the issues you are experiencing.
