Här på CTEK har våra kundserviceteam hanterat många frågor från fordonsägare som frågar vilken laddare som är rätt för dem – vilket är anledningen till att vi har utvecklat ett praktiskt urvalsverktyg på webbplatsen för att hjälpa dem att välja.

Och när människor väl har identifierat och köpt en laddare är det viktigt att veta hur man ansluter laddaren på ett säkert sätt – det finns en mängd olika sätt att göra detta på.

Alla CTEK-laddare och underhållsladdare, som MXS 5.0, levereras med två olika fordonsanslutningar, som i sin tur ansluts till CTEK-laddaren med vårt unika Connect-system:

  1. Klämmor: anslut enligt fordonets manual, eller den röda klämman till den positiva laddpunkten och den svarta klämman till fordonets chassi.
  2. Öljett – för en mer permanent anslutning: fäst helt enkelt den röda öljetten till pluspolen och den svarta öljetten till minuspolen eller fordonets chassi – se till att följa instruktionerna i fordonets manual. När laddaren inte används kopplar du helt enkelt bort laddaren från kontakten, stänger gummiskyddslocket och stoppar ner de två korta kablarna längs sidan av batteriet.

Det finns också några praktiska tillbehör att köpa, såsom Cig-pluggtillbehöret, en enkel adapter som möjliggör laddning via 12V cigarettändaren eller tillbehörsuttaget.
