CTEK appoints Paul Oddy as Regional Sales Manager for APAC
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Oddy as Regional Sales Manager for Asia Pacific. Paul has joined the CTEK business after more than 20 years in the industry. An established figure in the Australian aftermarket landscape, his strong relationships and knowledge of the local market will prove an asset to the CTEK business. Paul will be responsible for CTEK’s consumer and trade products throughout Australia, New Zealand and the broader South East Asian Region.
Speaking about joining CTEK, Paul Oddy said: “It is a very exciting time to join CTEK. We’re seeing a new range of products come through that are at the forefront of battery charging technology. Known as a brand that creates high quality, reliable products, CTEK has always had strong representation in this market.
“The addition of the CS FREE and CS ONE to its consumer range has enabled CTEK to once again gain spotlight with innovative products that are challenging the status quo of how people look after battery health. These are essential tools for Australians, particularly as we come out of pandemic lockdowns and truly value the adventure that comes with expansive road and camping trips.
“CTEK is also known for its range of DC-DC products including the D250SE and Smartpass 120S. Both products have enjoyed success in Australia, a country that embraces off-road adventures.
“Along with a strong consumer product portfolio, CTEK also has an established PRO range which is well regarded by technicians. I am looking forward to working across a brand that is highly valued in so many diverse markets across trade, powersports, marine, as well as small, large and heavy vehicles,” continued Oddy.
Jon Lind, CEO of CTEK commended Robert for his contribution to the success of the company in the Asia Pacific region and welcomed Paul to the role. “We are delighted that Paul has chosen to come and join the CTEK brand and we’re looking forward to working with him as we continue to expand our product portfolio and business throughout the region,” said Lind.
