CTEK makes no warranty other than this limited warranty and is not liable for any other costs other than those mentioned above, i.e. no consequential damages. Shipping options
*Note that express shipping does not apply to orders
containing CS FREE, Boosters, or other products containing lithium batteries
and may only be shipped using standard shipping. Orders placed before 11:00 are
handed over to DHL the same day. The Customer receives a message from DHL with available delivery options, such as:

Returns
The Customer has fourteen (14) days to return the product from the date the Customer informs CTEK of their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. Note that the right of withdrawal cannot be processed if the Customer returns the product without/before notifying CTEK that they intend to withdraw from the purchase.
